Masterlite® Pro
A lightweight concrete building block designed for thermal efficiency and manual handling considerations.

Features & Benefits
- Available in solid format with a standard strength of 3.6N/mm2 and 7.3N/mm2
- 10.4 N/mm2 blocks are available subject to order
- Masterlite Pro blocks are available in standard and paintgrade finishes for various applications and total flexibility
- For use internally and externally, both above and below dpc (7.3 & 10.4N/mm2 only)

Masterlite® Pro ECO
A brand new environmentally friendlier range of made to order, lightweight, high strength, robust, load bearing units. Through improvements in the manufacturing and design mix the Masterlite Pro ECO blocks are produced using a 30% reduction in embodied CO2 than our Masterlite Pro blocks while also containing a minimum of 20% non-primary materials.

Masterlite Pro ECO blocks are suitable for use in either internal or external walls and are available in a choice of finishes offering total flexibility.

Masterlite® Pro Acoustic
A cost effective concrete building block, close textured paint grade unit developed specifically for use in schools to meet the acoustic requirement of BB93.

Features & Benefits
- Excellent sound reduction block to meet the acoustic requirements of BB93
- Designed specifically for use in schools the Masterlite Pro Acoustic is also suitable for use in retail, commercial, hospitals and student accommodation. Suitable for use above and below dpc both internally and externally.
- Low air permeability ensuring good sound reduction values, as well as thermal performance
- Reaction to fire is best in class (A1) complying with BB100 for a minimum two hours fire resistance
- Available in solid format in both 100mm and 140mm width with a standard strength 7.3N/mm2 and 10.4 N/mm2
- 100mm Masterlite Pro Acoustic suitable for corridor and partition walls between class rooms requiring a Rw 45dB rating and also for the inner leaf of a external cavity wall
- 140mm Masterlite Pro Acoustic suitable for corridor and partition walls between class rooms requiring a Rw 50 dB rating
- Complying with BB98 for robust and heavy duty
- Fully documented and technical service for complete peace of mind

Masterlite® Pro Fairfaced
Masterlite Pro Fairfaced concrete building blocks offers an economical solution to undecorated masonry walls. The use of carefully selected aggregates gives a close texture with a high degree of colour consistency and a natural colour.

A low weight concrete building block designed for thermal efficiency and manual handling considerations.

- Lightweight, robust, load bearing units manufactured using Class 1 aggregate for fire resistance
- Provides an excellent key for plastering and rendering
- Masterlite Ultra was developed specifically to be used as a one handed lift application.
