Small in size but big in design, Maxwood’s innovative superloo range includes vanity suites with pan and basin combined in one linear unit, which also conceals unsightly pipework. In addition to specially designed products, Maxwood can advise superloo designers and specifiers on the effective use of mirrors, lighting and reflective surfaces to create the illusion of a larger space.

Superloos can be a practical solution for smaller buildings, increasing usable or rentable space and saving the cost of separate male or female facilities. According to Part G of the Building Regulations, if the number of employees based at a particular location is 10 or less, and there are two or fewer employees of one gender, then unisex washrooms, such as superloos, may be provided.
