Work renowned designer David Mellor’s deign house approached Batchglow to offer their metal work coating services.

The designers required a powder coating solution that offered long term metal protection and an aesthetically pleasing result for a custom bench.

Working with Batchglow the customer chose a suitable colour using the ‘Extra Life system’ from Akzo Nobel.

Batchglow produced a finish that should last up to 15years. A combination of shot blasting, pre-treatment with primers and top coats was used.
