The development at Mickleton in the heart of the Cotswolds consists of 90 new-build houses.

From the outset, the house builder chose Benlowe Group's cavity closer system to pre-form all the structural openings and close the cavity, and chose the New Era windows, along with Climate front doors, Bi Fold doors and French doorsets to complement the traditional stone construction.

All windows and doors have been manufactured to the latest building regulation’s, with a variety of colour choices by the builder to complement the external façades.
