Elliott were selected to provide Wilmington Grammar School with additional classroom space for their English department.

The 28 bay building was erected over two floors with and internal and external staircase. Elliott used their 9.6 x 3.1m bays for the projects.

On the ground floor there were 3 general use classrooms, 1 office, 1 store and a staff WC.

The building was adapted to include disabled access and a disabled refuge area.

The first floor contained 4 general use classrooms, 1 store, 1 office a girls WC and a boys WC.

Due to their restricted budget Wilmington Grammar opted for a refurbished sale, Elliott worked closes with the School to ensure their needs were met, including offering a turnkey solution.
