Elliott were specified to design and build a temporary office facility for UTC Aerospace Systems in Wolverhampton.

The accommodation was designed and developed to house around 300 staff temporarily for 5 years.

Elliott provided the modular “high specification office accommodation” as a temporary solution. The modular office space benefits from a comfortable working environment enhanced with natural lighting.

54 modules were used over two buildings, creating an overall floor area of 2008 square metres.

The installation includes:

•Folding partitioned offices
•Jackpad foundations
•Modern door canopy system
•Internal doorsets
•Kitchen fit-out
•WC facilities with full integrated panelling system (IPS) to vanity units and WC

Elliott dedicated time and effort in ensuring that the client had the modular solution to satisfy their needs. The modular office was manufactured and installed in a tight timescale, 12 months faster than a traditional solution.

The modular office offers the flexibility to easily expand, adding additional floor space if required.
