New Jaguar Land Rover Showroom in development

REIDsteel, in partnership with Midas Construction, has started work on a new £12.3million Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Bristol.

They have designed, built and plan to erect approximately 620 tonnes of structural steelwork and 10,600 sq m of decking, all meeting Jaguar Land Rover's Dual Arch Concept requirements for its showrooms.

The dealership will extend over 72,000 sq ft and include a 280 space roof car park as well as showrooms, workshops, servicing bays and office spaces.

REIDsteel have already lent their expertise for the design and manufacture of the Jardine Motors Group's Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Wolverhampton, and the new Guy Salmon showroom at Cribbs Causeway.

Jordan Laker, REIDsteel bid manager, said: “It is exciting to be involved in such a prestigious project in one of the UK’s prime retail locations.

“It is the second JLR dealership we have worked on in recent months, and our largest in the automotive sector so far.

“Guy Salmon is part of the Sytner Group Ltd, a national dealership for prestigious cars and one of the largest automotive retailers in Europe.”

“We are looking forward to starting on site and playing our part in creating one of the most impressive dealerships of its kind anywhere in the country.”
