Aliva UK's latest contract wins, working in partnership with Stoneguard Projects Ltd, feature two in the hospitality sector and one in healthcare.

Their market-leading A-rated, Kiwa Uk certified systems will be installed on:

• Tooting Hotel, London: A new build that will feature 2,150m2 of our AlivaBrick system working with main contractor London Hotel Group.
• Crowne Plaza Hotel, Gerrard’s Cross: A refurbishment project, this will include 800m2 of the AlivaClassic system.
• Windrush Medical Centre, Witney: A refurbishment project that will feature 800m2 of the AlivaClassic system.

These contract wins follow a successful 2024 for our market-leading bespoke facade & EWI and slip solutions.
