The family run firm supply their products to main contractors, local builders and end users direct. HPG's specialist bars can be used for a wide variety of applications, from patent glazing, through to canopies and roof lights.

All Roof lights manufactured by Howells are constructed from aluminum, and are fully thermally broken giving superior thermal efficiency coupled with low maintenance and stylish design. The Black Country based firm also offer quality powder coated finishes to all standard RAL in a colour of the customer's choice including dual colour (i.e. internal/external different colours). Different internal and external profile finishes are available including square, ornate and raked features to suit the application.

HPG's pyramid roof lights are made to the same high standards as all of their roof light systems. As with their double-hipped roof lights, pitches from 15 to 45 degrees are available. Octagon Roof lights are made to measure with a choice of specifications available. One of the most diverse bar systems offered by HPG is the HGVR-Box Bar System, which is suitable for use on all Roof lights.

Trapezoidal roof vents for pyramid and octagon Roof lights are also manufactured at the company's Cradley Heath based factory, giving the customer peace of mind that they are dealing direct and not through a franchiser. All Rooflights provided by HPG can be converted into a true lantern Rooflight by adding vertical windows, to give a more traditional heritage look. Vertical window height is variable and allows top-hung opening vents to be situated within the windows.

The family run firm undertake contracts on a supply only or supply and install basis with installation of patent glazing in both roof and vertical applications using single, double glazing or polycarbonate sheet or single, double or triple glazing. The firm's dedicated onsite estimating and sales team provide customers with knowledgeable advice on the type of bar required to fit the purpose of the project.
