Horstmann, the Bristol based designer and manufacturer of central heating and hot water controls has announced the creation of a new Specification Sales Manager role for the housing association and local authority sectors.

Duncan Dawes was previously Horstmann Southern Area Sales Manager and brings a wealth of sales and sector experience to the new role.
Horstmann has invested heavily in its sales operations in recent years and in bringing this new focus on these important sectors, offers specifiers and installers specialising in high efficiency, highly function heating controls a new dimension of advice and applications expertise.

Duncan has worked for Horstmann for nine years and has been Sales Manager for a number of regions including South Wales, the South West and Ireland. He has a proven track record developing new and existing business with architects, specifiers and those in the social housing sector.

A time served indentured electrician, Duncan is married with three children and is a keen rugby supporter.
