They were involved in the design stage from the start by presenting a CPD to the architects and providing technical support with the NBS specification and drainage calculations.

TP Bennett Architects wanted to use a specific colour for the edge trims in order to match the external cladding, meaning that using coated metal wasn’t an option.

IKO Polymeric supplied a bespoke solution by trapping their IKO Armourplan P single ply membrane with the trim and using IKO Polimar Cold Applied Liquid Detailing on the top to give the edge trim the desired RAL colour.

Also, a full IKO roofing system was specified incorporating enertherm insulation boards, Spectravap VCL, mechanical fixings and trendy outlets which provided the client with a 20 year full service guarantee.
