Architectural facade specialist Aliva UK is celebrating news of nine award shortlistings for its A-fire rated External Wall Insulation Systems that have created flagship aesthetics on high, mid and low rise buildings across a range of sectors.
Aliva UK has received six shortlistings in the INCA awards, the External Wall Insulation industry’s trade association.

Aliva’s full range of EWI systems have been shortlisted including its clay brick slip system AlivaBrick, its granular textured system AlivaClassic, its lightweight acrylate system AlivaFlex, its ceramic accent tiles AlivaCeramic and accent detailing system AlivaDesign shortlisted across a host of residential and non-residential developments.
Its suite of EWI systems are all A-fire rated, Kiwa UK and British Board of Agrement certified.
Its INCA award shortlisted projects include:
· The Fairfax in Manchester featuring its AlivaBrick and AlivaCeramic systems and Berkeley Square in Salford featuring AlivaBrick.
· Master Williams Place in Folkestone featuring its AlivaClassic and AlivaFlex systems.
· The Rectory in Dagenham and the Windrush Health Centre in Oxford featuring its AlivaClassic system and the YMCA in Stoke-on-Trent featuring its AlivaClassic and AlivaDesign systems.
Aliva also has a double shortlisting in the Tall Buildings Awards with its AlivaBrick and AlivaCeramic systems on The Fairfax and for its AlivaBrick system on Swan Street House also in Manchester. Both projects are shortlisted in the Facade Innovation category.

The Fairfax is also shortlisted in the Residential Project of the Year: multiple dwellings category with its AlivaBrick and AlivaCeramic systems in the London Construction Awards.
