Betsy Clara House is a purpose built nursing home and was in need of a brand new heating system because the existing central heating was inefficient and failing due to age. The new system ThermoSphere provided was installed throughout communal areas, corridors and the bedrooms.

They installed the ThermoSphere 150W/m2 Mesh in all areas with a 10mm self-levelling compound over the top to allow new floor coverings to be laid. And the project was completed over 14 phases to minimise disruption to the residents of the nursing home. Site inspections were arranged for each phase and certification was completed so that the electrician could carry out the final commissioning.
