NVC Lighting, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of high quality and cost-effective commercial LED lighting solutions, is launching its new range of innovative recessed LED Panels - the CAT-R.

Designed with efficiency and longevity at its core, CAT-R eliminates CAT-A / B fit-out waste in tenanted commercial spaces.

Using TM66 principles, its modules can easily be replaced, reused and redeployed, potentially lasting the entire lifetime of a building and making it the go-to luminaire of choice for offices, schools and universities, and healthcare facilities.

This means that when installed at the Cat-A phase of installation, using an NVC Lighting CAT-R can eliminate product waste and the need for strip-out and CAT-B fit-out.

CAT-R is built on NVC adaptable plug-and-play platform and is available in a variety of options, offering flexibility for future tenants. Installers can choose from four different bodies basic, winged, square or acoustic, and an LED cassette which is available in opal or UGR<19 options.

CAT-R’s smart, magnetic snap-fit system allows for swift installation and convenient deployment and reuse of the luminaire in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.

For added adaptability, panels in the CAT-R range are available in 600mmx600mm or 1200mmx300mm and require no rewiring for upgrades at a later stage.

CAT-R’s flexibility is further elevated by its HubSense drivers, which can be incorporated into fittings. These smart, wireless drivers deliver even greater energy savings, sophisticated control and full remote emergency test and monitoring.
