Commercial lifts from Orona were chosen for a historic building located in the heart of Manchester Piccadilly.

The building, Magnum House, has been renovated to obtain the Class A BOMA (Buildings Owners and Managers Association) Certification for offices.

BOMA Class A certification is awarded to buildings with high quality finishes, modern systems and exceptional accessibility.

The facade of the building has been retained and restored while the internal spaces have been adapted to meet the requirements of this certification.
