55 Victoria Street is a residential conversion and extension of a former office building. This 12 level building was completed in 2016 and to meet the demands for people flow Orona installed a duplex pair of 13 person, 1000Kg lifts with lift speeds of 1.6m/s.

The entrance of the building is defined by an ornate, double-height, brick clad lobby reflecting the “New York” loft quality that the developer has aspired to. With the aim of maintaining the exclusivity of the building the interiors of the lift were personalized with bespoke finishes keeping the same line.
