Introduction:
Moorland Tennis Club has undergone a £500,000 transformation to produce an impressive new clubhouse and modern tennis facilities.
The customer:
Founded 65 years ago, Moorland Tennis Club in Poulton-le-Flyde has invested nearly half a million pounds in new facilities, including a new clubhouse, the resurfacing of three tennis courts and new floodlights, allowing members to play throughout the winter.
The project:
The Moorland Tennis Club committee has created an impressive spectator and social facility with the construction of a new clubhouse. The modern clubhouse balcony provides a safe and stylish viewing area for spectators and players.
The balustrade:
FUSION® Commercial outdoor balustrade glass panel system was installed on the clubhouses external balcony, which extends from and surrounds the clubhouse creating a rectangular balcony. By selecting the glass panel option, the views remained undisturbed, and 16 glass panels were fitted around the balcony.
