Premier Loft Ladders introduce a new addition to their product range

The Mini Line is a concertina stairway with 330 mm wide (x 80 mm) treads complete with a fire resistant hatchbox manufactured from 16 mm chipboard to give either a 30 or 60 minute fire resistance. The F30 and F60 are tested from below whilst the F30 Plus is 30 minute fire resistant from above as well as below.

The insulated trapdoor is of a sandwich construction with a U value of 0.92 W/m2K. The F30 trapdoor is 65 mm thick and the F60 trapdoor is 71 mm thick – both are white coated.

The Mini Line is Class 4 airtight to DIN EN 12207 and manufactured to DIN EN 14975 with a load bearing per tread of 150 kgs and 350 kgs on the overall structure.

The fire resistance tested to DIN 4102-2.

The stairway currently has a floor to ceiling height range of 2250 mm to 2750 mm, with the hatchbox available in the standard sizes of 1100 mm x 600 mm or 700 mm and 1200 mm x 600 mm and 700 mm. The hatchbox/lining depth is a standard height of 220 mm.

The optional accessories for this stairway can include a telescopic handrail, cylinder lock and 3 side Upper Level Guardrail.
