In Revit file format, this allows the product to be incorporated into a 3D model and its associated component database. The fully reversible window is ideal for medium to high-rise buildings and where access may be limited. It has a cost effective WER A+ option, and can achieve a low u-value of 0.8 with triple glazing. Building Information Modelling (BIM) is set to revolutionise the procurement and management of the built environment. Forming part of its Construction Strategy published in May 2011 the Government announced its intention to require collaborative 3D BIM (with all project and asset information, documentation and data being electronic) on projects by 2016.
