Pulsar light up new Cultural Centre in Saudi Arabia

Pulsar have installed more than 150 Luxeos 36 VC flood lights at Saudi Arabia’s new Cultural Centre in the city of Dhahran.

The Luxeos units were chosen as one of the only products durable enough to last in the heat of the desert.

The floodlights have on board remote device management software, used to monitor data about the performance and lifetime of the fixtures.

All the luminaires had to be situated on the ground as opposed to the building itself, with others right next to the façade.

Pulsar’s HBS (Holographic Beam Shaping) diffuser technology ensured a uniform spread of light around the Cultural Centre.

The lights were further customised with each finished in an oyster white colour to ensure they looked discreet in the day time.

The louvres were also finished in the same oyster white colour to match the light fixtures.
