Bailey Cassette Rainscreen System has been used as part of a Management Contract to provide a mixed development of commercial space and residential apartments in Whitfield Street, London. The rear three floors of the scheme provide seven town houses with feature spiral staircases, mews entrances and two further flats. The front five storeys provide thirteen apartments and a penthouse totaling 40,000 sq ft including a proportion of affordable units for Origin Housing Association, constructed after the demolition of existing buildings and the reuse of existing sub station foundations. The scheme incorporates a number of sustainable elements including green roofs, rainwater harvesting and biomass boilers.

Bailey Cassette Rainscreen System has been rigorously designed and developed to be particularly neat and smooth in finished appearance, whilst featuring ease of installation. The system provides a long life, low maintenance solution for this critical building element.
