Heated Driveway Systems orchestrated the installation of a ramp heating system for an underground carpark for five private residences' at the Wentworth Estate. The project involved meticulously designing and implementing two 1.2-meter-wide heated tracks spanning a 60-meter-long ramp, to be surfaced with tarmac. Eight bespoke heating mats were strategically positioned, eliminating the need for junction boxes or joints between the control board and the heating elements.
Central to the system's operation is the HDS fully automatic ice and snow melting control, equipped with two ground moisture sensors and one air temperature sensor. This sophisticated control unit continuously monitors environmental conditions, pre-emptively activating heating elements to prevent ice and snow buildup.
