Renderplas have provided their PVC render beads to the Cruden Homes regeneration project in the East End of Glasgow.
Hundreds of new homes at Crossbank Drive, Rutherglen, and Baron’s Vale, Tollcross are part of the ambitious programme to create brand new affordable housing.
All Renderplas beads are made from recycled exterior grade PVC that is both impact resistant and UV stable, highlighting Renderplas’s eco-friendly ethos.
Renderplas corner, bellcast, stop and movement joint beads have all been used on important housing developments such as this, they provide new homes with smooth, bright rendered facades and provide a perfect, long-lasting finish guaranteed not to stain or corrode over time like galvanised steel beads.
Renderplas Managing Director, Daniel Leedham-Green: “When we designed the UK’s first PVC beads in 1990 we had a vision of sustainably built buildings, using modern energy efficient materials that could transform the lives of entire communities. Knowing that companies like Garry’s are out there doing such a great job in making that happen is very encouraging.”
