Rola offers a range of security solutions for windows and doors, including sash window stops, casement locks, and metal window locks. Their Renown Locking Bolts and Multi-Purpose components provide versatile options for doors and custom installations. Additionally, Hinge Bolts, Keys, and Fitting Tools ensure easy operation and installation.

Rola Wooden Sash Window Stops
Rola Sash Stops prevent sash windows from opening past each other while allowing ventilation. They are removable with a key for security and safety, protecting against illegal entry and preventing children from falling.

Available sizes include 31mm for large gaps or tapered sashes, 19mm for standard wooden windows, and 15mm for double-glazed or finer frames. Optional stop plates and threaded inserts provide added flexibility and frame protection.

Rola Retractable Stop for Wooden Sash Windows
Rola SW Stops prevent windows from opening past each other while allowing ventilation. The revolving head retracts into the frame with a key, providing security and convenience.

The Rola SW projects 14mm and is supplied with a stop plate and fixing screws for easy installation. Like all Rola products, it is operated using the uniquely designed Rola Key.

Rola Wooden Casement Lock
Rola Casement Window Locks are designed for wooden side-hinged or vertical and horizontal center pivot windows. They accommodate windows with tapered edges, offering flexibility and secure locking.

Installation involves drilling a hole for the threaded insert, securing it with an Allen key, and attaching the lock body to the fixed frame using the included non-return posi-drive screws.

Rola Metal Window Lock
Rola Metal Window Locks are designed to securely fasten Crittall windows to their frames. Featuring revolving heads, they are available with a 12mm or 25mm screw and an M5 thread.

Installation requires a clearance hole in the fixed frame and a 5mm tapped hole in the window for secure attachment.

Rola Metal Casement Window Lock
Rola Metal Casement Window Locks are designed for metal side-hinged windows with handles rotating on a fixed frame.

Installation involves drilling two holes in the frame and securing the lock body with the included self-tapping screws. A 3mm packing piece is supplied, with 6mm pieces (R3/05) available separately. Like all Rola products, they are operated using the uniquely designed Rola Key.

Rola Renown Staples
Rola Renown Staples secure or provide bolt holes in wooden frames, paired with Rola Renown bolts available in four sizes and three designs:

• Design A: For inward-opening doors such as back gates or as a temporary lock.
• Design H: For outward-opening doors like French doors.
• Design L: An alternative for frames unsuitable for designs A or H, with hole centers approximately 14.5mm and 22mm from the base.

For maximum strength, staples should be recessed into wooden frames. Product codes indicate size, design, and packaging options, with packed products including a display header card where applicable.

Rola Renown Locking Bolts

Rola Metal Fanlight Window Lock
The Rola Fanlight Window Lock is designed for metal, top-hinged windows with stay arms, providing security and ease of use.

Installation requires drilling two holes in the stay arm, securing the lock with the included top hat nuts and screws. A 6mm packing piece is supplied as standard, with optional 3mm packing pieces (R3/06) available separately. Product codes indicate size, packaging, and fixings, with packed products including a display header card where applicable.

Rola Multi Purpose Locks - Threads
Rola Multi-Purpose components consist of ten parts, threads, and fasteners that can be combined for various applications, such as stay locks, sliding patio doors, and removable grille or access panel locks. Available in four thread lengths—13mm, 17mm, 40mm, and 130mm—each has a 19mm body and M6 thread, making them suitable for use with any Multi-Purpose component with a 6mm thread.

Installation is easy, using the uniquely designed Rola Key to secure the components in place.

Rola Multi Purpose Fasteners - Threaded Inserts
Rola Multi-Purpose components include ten parts, threads, and fasteners designed for various applications such as stay locks and removable grille or access panel locks. The range features three threaded inserts for wood—two with tapered heads (M5 and M6) and an M6 threaded fastener that can be installed at any depth.

Installation involves drilling a 7.8mm hole for M5 inserts or a 10mm hole for M6 inserts, then driving the threaded insert into place using a T-handled Allen key. All Rola products are operated with the uniquely designed Rola Key.

Rola Multi Purpose Locks - Threaded Blocks
Rola Multi-Purpose components include a variety of threads, fasteners, and ten components that can be combined for different applications such as stay locks, sliding patio doors, and removable grille or access panel locks. The solid steel block, suitable for both wood and metal, is cross-threaded with an M6 thread and can be used with thread lengths of 13, 17, 40, and 130mm.

Installation involves surface mounting the cross-threaded steel block onto any substrate using screws, bolts, rivets, or welding. Like all Rola products, it is operated with the uniquely designed Rola Key.

Rola Multi Purpose Fasteners - For Sheet Material
Rola Multi-Purpose components offer a range of ten parts, threads, and fasteners designed for use in problem situations such as removable grille and access panel locks for UPVC or sheet materials. The two inserts, M5 and M6, are specifically for use with sheet materials or extrusions, especially UPVC or aluminium.

Installation involves placing the sheet metal fasteners into accurately drilled holes and expanding them behind the hole by driving a screw into the integrated nut. Fixing instructions are included where applicable.

Rola Hinge Bolt
The Rola Hinge Bolt features a steel pin and plate designed to secure outward-opening front doors with visible hinges, protecting against potential attacks. They are also commonly used on inward-opening doors.

Installation involves driving the pins into tight holes on the door edge, about 100mm above the hinges. Closing the door marks the frame, indicating the plate's center. The plate is recessed into the door frame, with an oval clearance hole underneath, and secured using the supplied screws.

Rola Keys 11
Rola Keys operate all Rola products and are available in three sizes:

• Short: 28mm shank
• Standard: 70mm shank
• Long: 105mm shank

Shorter or longer keys are available for special installations. Product codes correspond to each item and its packaging options (single, multiple, or loose). Packed products include a display header card and, where applicable, fixing instructions.

Rola Fitting Tools
Rola T-Handled Allen Keys provide the necessary torque to drive threaded inserts into timber. They are available in two sizes: one for installing M5 inserts (R4/07) and one for M6 inserts.
