Helo have installed an outdoor sauna in the grounds of a North London mansion.

Helo’s TIMO sauna was specified for the project. Constructed from 44mm solid spruce logs it uses precision tongue and groove joining to ensure a quick heating cabin, whilst cedar shingle roofing not only looks the part but guarantees a water tight structure.

At just under 2m square with a sociable L shaped bench layout it provided ample space for the client’s family and friends.

The attractive Alder interior with traditional chromed steel sauna heater, creates a light yet cozy cabin while the protection of the generous roof overhang allows one to rest outside after sauna in traditional Finnish style.

The sauna uses a bespoke shingle finish to complete the roof which gives an attractive red colour and blends beautifully with the surrounding foliage.

The client wanted the opportunity to relax outdoors after taking a sauna. Helo’s TIMO Sauna offers a generous roof overhang so as to provide the perfect covered area for seating.

The sauna was fitted with smooth, warm red Alder furniture in traditional Finnish style.

Secure cross lap jointing ensured a quick heating, snug cabin which is able to breathe on its own.
