This is a different story to others. The Solid Wood Flooring Company were asked by the Technical Manager of Berkeley Homes (City) to attend a site meeting after he saw their flooring being installed in Leehman Street in 2012 which is another Berkeley Homes development.

After attending site and meeting all the relevant Berkeley Homes Managers The Solid Wood Flooring Company supplied their Walnut, Select Oak and White Fire Resistant Lacquer engineered floors to all the apartments including the penthouses.

In this instance all the products were selected from The Solid Wood Flooring Company’s extensive range of stock items except for the penthouses where they manufactured a 340mm wide version of their E155 floor and created a lacquered fumed product where they wanted a dark floor.
