Sesame Stage Lift at the British Library

Sesame Stage Lift at the British Library

Sesame Access Systems Ltd have installed their bespoke Stage Lift at the British Library’s Knowledge Centre Theatre in London.

The old Stage Lift used valuable theatre space and required two members of staff to manoeuvre in and out of the Theatre, so the Theatre decided to ‘permanently include a bespoke and fully integrated Stage Lift.’

The Sesame Stage Lift is now built into the fabric of the stage and can be controlled by one operative. Furniture can now also be easily taken on and off the stage using the new lift.

It can be adapted and installed to stages for various Theatre, concert, and film hall venues.

It minimises floor space usage and keeps with the architectural integrity and aesthetic of the Theatre.
