The sleek, aluminium design is available in a choice of standard options, with functional integrated features to suit a wide range of building applications. Where standard options might not be suitable, AWMS can design and manufacture bespoke solutions to any specification.

Skyline Door Canopies are an economical, lightweight solution with precision engineered components for a perfect fit, with no need for special lifting equipment. Supplied to site in pre-designed kit form, the systems are quick to assemble and install. Integrated gutter options are available, with outlets compatible with all Alumasc rainwater systems, and side panels and lighting can be incorporated to keep building entrances safe, attractive and clutter-free. Modular options can also be linked to create a greater continuous length of cover.

Suitable for both new-build and retrofit applications, Skyline Door Canopies combine durability with minimal maintenance requirements. The aluminium construction is corrosion resistant and completely waterproof in external applications, providing reliable protection against the elements throughout the life of the installation. The Skyline CA90 and CA160 canopies have undergone rigorous wind uplift and snow load testing in accordance with BS EN 1991.

Skyline Architectural Aluminium is 100% recyclable, with a life expectancy of 40 years in rural and suburban areas, and up to 25 years in marine and industrial locations. This long service life, combined with the low maintenance requirements and inherent recyclability of aluminium, makes Skyline a practical choice for projects where whole-life performance is an important consideration.

BBA-approved polyester powder coatings are available in 27 standard factory-applied colours via the AWMS in-house powder coating facility, and any BS or RAL colour can be supplied to order. This allows canopies to be coordinated with windows, doors, curtain walling and other architectural elements, or used to create a contrasting feature.
