The project included Brown roofs designed in accordance with planning constraints and London Plan guidelines, materials supplied by Blackdown Green Roofs, a Division of Alumasc Roofing. This combination of Hydrotech waterproofing and Blackdown Green Roofing systems allows the development to benefit from various ‘green’ spaces and a one stop solution in compliance to NHBC Part 7 policy.
