St Johns Wood Luxury Apartments and multi-level basement waterproofed by Wykamol

Wykamol registered installer Structural Waterproofing Contracts, have recently undertaken Waterproofing works to a Luxury apartment complex in St Johns Wood.

Being involved at Design stage alongside the team at SWC, Wykamol were able to carry out a fully robust dual waterproofing design with the main contractor and SWC.

Yet again Wykamol’s Type C Cavity Drain Membranes have been used to line the walls in this project, linked to a perimeter channel system and drainage system.

This is maintainable and jetting facilities were installed throughout the multi level basement.

The SWC teams experience was invaluable and only 2 site visits were needed from the technical inspection team at Wykamol.

Working to BS8102 and NHBC standards creating this dual scheme has ticked all the boxes for the Architects and Engineers.

Wykamol’s full suite of BBA certifications on their membranes gave the specifiers confidence that the products would give long term protection for the waterproofing scheme.
