Douglas Hurd Associates commissioned stoneCIRCLE to produce a Witton Fell sandstone cross to replace the existing metal one on top of St Nicholas Catholic Church on Jockey Road in Sutton Coldfield.

The cross which weighs 800kg had to be fixed on top of a 14" wide parapet wall, so in order to ensure that it stayed in place stoneCIRCLE'S installers were obliged to use a 3m long rod and resin anchors to secure it.
