Located in the Norfolk town of Stalham on Upper Staithe Road, the scheme detailed the construction of 30 Retirement Living Apartments. This development includes a range of 13 one- bedroom apartments and 17 two bedroom apartments which are located close to the town centre with the beach just over 4 miles away. Each bright and spacious apartment comes perfectly finished with elegant and contemporary décor.

The Solution

Following providing design assistance with RG & P Limited, BA Systems got in contact with the appointed main contractor, McCarthy & Stone, to discuss the detail of the Balustrade Package.

The scheme was a client led project with McCarthy & Stone as the Developer and Contractor, which meant there wasn’t pre-contract correspondence with other contractors. BA Systems had extensive contact with the commercial team to finally propose the most appropriate solution for the Balustrading requirements.

The full package detailed their B20 Juliette Balconies to the external facade of the building. These followed a similar design to the Juliettes installed at the Hunstanton Retirement Home, another McCarthy & Stone Development.
