Stannah Future-proofs New Homes in the Garden of England

Stannah Lifts has supplied and installed 38 lift products in Imperial Green to a high-specification development of 75, two-, three- and four-bedroom townhouses and apartments in Hythe, a peaceful, coastal market town on the fringe of Romney Marsh.

Platform lifts in 11detached homes: making life easier for people of all ages and mobilities to move between three floors, helping them to enjoy their own homes for as long as they wish.

Service lifts in 26 semi-detached homes: making light work of ferrying smaller household goods between three floors.

Passenger lift in Wisley House apartments: an eight-person people-mover that delivers total access to seven homes, ranged over five floors, for people of all mobilities.

The massive project has been in the making for two years, has cost of £42 million, and Stannah has installed lift products in each of the three of its phases.
