Over two decades later, this residential car park – covering more than 250 square metres – continues to perform superbly, looking great and functioning as reliably as the day it was laid.

The Gigant Street project, completed just seven years into our journey, is a perfect case study demonstrating the quality and durability that have become hallmarks of the SureSet name.
Using one of our original natural aggregate blends – a warm, buff-toned mix – the installation perfectly complemented the surrounding residential architecture. Selected for its aesthetic appeal and ability to blend into the character of the area, this blend was also chosen for its practical performance, including excellent slip resistance and full permeability, which allows water to drain naturally through the surface.

Standing the Test of Time

Now over 20 years old, the surface at Gigant Street shows no signs of premature wear, cracking, or fading – even with regular vehicle traffic and exposure to the elements. This is thanks to the unique formulation of our UV-stable resin, meticulous installation standards, and rigorous quality control that has been embedded in our business since day one.
Maintenance requirements over the decades have been minimal – a simple occasional sweep and clean has been all that's needed to keep the surface in good condition.
