Type of works: supply of specified materials, in order to to reflect the traditional appearance, including lead-effect zinc metal detailing.

MCM Panel systems were used extensively on this project and enabled the architect to produce a high-quality finish to the soffit, fascia and feature details.

The main roof area incorporates the Rhepanol^® membrane system; this ensures that Rhepanol^® coatings/membranes are used throughout the installation. The low pitch roof was specified with Rhepanol^® fk, part of the FDT product range. The estimated life span for Rhepanol^® is in excess of 50 years.
