Bailey Streetscene were approached by Willmott Dixon to assist with supply and implementation of a high quality courtyard project for a residential apartment block in Nottingham. Working alongside the contractor and architects with reference to design budgets, Bailey overcame the logistics of working within a live build environment and confined, restricted working area.

During the period of work Bailey Streetscene worked intensively with Willmott Dixon and the site staff, Bailey Streetscene provided the benches, seats and planters and installed the street furniture to the contractor’s requirements. All installations were scheduled to meet tight time constraints and comply with site regulations.

Bailey Streetscene’s responsibilities included the overall cost evaluation, product design as well as creating the designs required by using 3D and CAD realisation. The company were in control of site liaison and logistical installation planning which included the overall supply and installation of the project to match the practical completion and client sign off requirement meet time and budget levels set by the client.
