Isocrete screeds provide a range of fast-drying and protein-free cement-based screeds, which smooth out and restore the existing concrete prior to the overlay of subsequent floor coverings.

Isocrete K-Screed, containing the innovative K-Additive, comprises a plasticising and accelerating admixture used to modify and enhance the performance of sand and cement based screeds. Isocrete K-Screed can achieve exceptional drying and curing times while at the same time delivering a strong level platform on which to lay a wide choice of floor finishes

Isocrete Self-Levelling Screeds provide a number of protein-free cement-based screeds with high compressive strengths, designed to smooth out and restore the existing concrete surface.

Isocrete Acoustic K is an acoustic insulation floor screed system for use with a precast concrete floor slab.

Isocrete K-Screed can be machine-applied using the Isocrete K-master offering huge improvements to the onsite health and safety issues involved in flooring projects. Delivering a safer, flatter subfloor installed up to four times faster than traditional methods.

Laid by approved applicators, large projects are monitored by Flowcrete’s professional technical team. Isowarm, Underfloor Heating; Isowarm underfloor heating is an advanced warm-water floor-heating system; specifically developed for use with Isocrete K-Screed or flowing anhydrite screeds.

Cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) pipes, with integral oxygen-diffusion barrier, are installed without joints below the floor surface. High-quality brass distribution manifolds with balancing-flow meters, actuators and room thermostats allow control of individual rooms or zones as required. Pump-controlled units control the temperature and flow for water to the floor-heating system.

Special castellated-system boards allow the pipe to be installed accurately and held securely prior to screeding whilst providing thermal insulation and an integral vapour barrier.
