The Solid Wood Flooring Company are now able to supply composite decking with a 25-year guarantee either from stock for their two options, or for specific requirements and colours they can deliver within 8 weeks from a confirmed order.
The composite decking is made with 60% wood fibres taken from waste timber with 10% additives and the rest non VOC HDP.
They can match their composite decking to their wood flooring so that the colour is the same from inside to outside. This will only be made to order with a minimum quantity of 500m 2 for our project-based clients.
The Solid Wood Flooring Company have developed two types of decking with one that looks like real wood.
Decking boards are sold in lengths of 2200mm with the slate grey being 140mm wide.
They supply per piece of board, so each board is 0.32 m2 (if you leave a 5mm gap between boards) .
For 10m2 you will need 31 boards will be needed to cover the complete area.
This is calculated as follows: 10/0.32 = 31.25 so if under 31.5 always take the lower amount of 31 boards as the gaps between each one will make up the larger area.
