Light Oak foiled wood grain cladding from Swish Building Products has been specified on the full-scale renovation of a prestigious property in an exclusive Hertfordshire post code.

The 6,000 sq ft property was originally built as a Swiss chalet style home. Appointed to deliver its wholesale re-design, architects practice Design Team Consultants, specified Light Oak foiled cladding from Swish.

The property was originally built in a ‘Swiss-chalet style’ and its appearance had become really quite dated. The brief was to create in a sense, a completely new home from that original footprint and fabric.

The cladding has been used on the main gable at the front of the property, both inside and outside a second gable fronted porch and on gable windows in the roof at the front and rear of the five bedroom home.
