A busy Oil Refinery Depot in London required new barriers to replace their existing barriers after they achieved their lifetime cycle.

Frontier Pitts identified the sites high level of traffic flow and specified their heavy duty, hydraulically driven HB Barrier with unlimited duty cycles for both the entry and exit lanes. A special end rest was designed and manufactured to allow the booms of both barriers to rest on one end rest in the middle rather than having two individual end rests.

Additionally the full height swivel skirt provides the speed and flexibility of a rising arm barrier with the visual deterrent of a gate.
