Another use of the Bumpeez is as an emergency guidance in the event of a powercut. A luminous resin is used that glows for up to 8 hours when lighting fails, providing an ideal pathway to guide public to safety.

Tass also manufactures Bumpetz, stainless-steel, anti-slip corduroy strips. Once again using high-quality steel, the strips are manufactured with an anti-slip resin made in any RAL colour, providing a slip-resistant surface, which can be contrasting to the substrate to which it is applied. The Bumpetz can be used on ramps or tops/bottoms of stairs as per DDA recommendations.
