Broxap were asked by Wates Construction to supply a tensile canopy for a new retirement complex is North Humberside.

The canopy was to provide a dry area for residents to socialise and to offer a focal point to the outdoor area.

Broxap provided a large bespoke tensile hexagonal curved edge parasol with galvanized steel elements powdered coated goose grey and blue waterproof fabric.

Broxap had to overcome some difficulties with site access which was achieved by re-engineering the central mast so it could be split into two elements for easy handling and installation within the designated installation area.
