As part of a continuing framework with Transport for Greater Manchester, Broxap were invited to design and install the new secure Cycle Hub at Oldham Mumps.

This Cycle Hub featured the Broxap Hi-Rise Two Tier cycle parking system housed within the standard style TfGM secure Hub, of which Broxap have supplied many across the Greater Manchester area.

This Hub, however, featured Broxap’s Hi-Rise Two Tier System, allowing cycle parking in upper and lower formations.

TfGM this time opted to install the ‘Lift Assist’ version of the Hi-Rise, this version has a gas strut fitted to the rear of the upper trough, this allows for a weight reduction in the trough when the user parks the cycle in the tough and lifts it up into the upper parking position.
