The best is yet to come for David Salisbury

The best is yet to come for David Salisbury

Over more than 30 years of successful trading, David Salisbury has grown from start up to a position of leading the quality end of the timber orangery and conservatory market in the UK.

From the very first conservatory being constructed by David himself in his own small workshop, to the cutting-edge factory now based at in Highbridge, Somerset, the company has undergone significant growth and investment over the years.

David Salisbury remains at the helm of the business and enjoys taking the time to ensure communication filters down through every element of the business. While this takes many forms, including our social media channels – the quarterly presentations David gives to all staff always provides a great flavour of how well the company is performing.

It was during this week’s latest company update that the Board has predicted that David Salisbury is on track for “their best ever year.” Given some of the economic uncertainty that has been around in the past couple of years (caused in part by the Brexit vote), this is quite some achievement.

The company’s confidence in their order book and current position has seen a significant level of investment in manufacturing technology and machinery. With some £600,000 of new machinery and associated software updates either already on stream or coming online shortly, the David Salisbury Joinery factory will continue to retain its lead at the very forefront of orangery and conservatory production in the UK.

With these investments and the prediction for the year ahead, David Salisbury are always striving to show the best is yet to come!
