The Cube is a commercial development for the German Stock Exchange Group located in the city of Eschborn, Germany. Designed by KSP Engel & Zimmermann of Frankfurt, construction of the 53,000sqm building began in 2008 and was completed in
2010.

Bauporte Design Entrances designed, manufactured and installed 3 fully automatic Circular Prestige CP2500AXN revolving doors. Each 4-wing revolving doorset has a diameter of 2500mm and a turning height of 3000mm with extended curved walls and fascia to bring the total height to 6500mm.

Although the revolving doors were installed within the façade, the design required the doors to be entirely self-supporting and free-standing to allow the façade to deflect as required.

For extra security at night, the openings of the revolving doors are closed off with night shutters which slide back into the curved walls during the day.
