FloPlast’s External Air Admittance Valve enables more placement options for pipework on the exterior of homes. It allows for the installation of an external soil pipe within 3 metres of any opening, so there is no longer a need to penetrate the roof exterior, or compromise on the aesthetic of the home. Not only does the External Air Admittance Valve return flexibility to the planner, it also minimises the risk of leaks developing over time from unnecessary openings in the outer roof shell.
