The prestigious new Bulgari Hotel, Knightsbridge required a solution for ambient noise within the swimming pool area. Addagrip were delighted to have been awarded the contract for 370m² of our Terraco Acoustic plaster.

Pigmented to the Italian designer's chosen colour the installation posed a challenge for one continuous seamless ceiling area. Addagrip's operatives produced the desired decorative finish and the specified reverberation damping. The hotel is due to open this month.

Dealing with reverberation problems and retaining design criteria can be difficult. There always seems to be a compromise between adopting clean sharp lines and the amount of sound suppression area required to bring reverberation to an acceptable level.
