Following the sale and carve-out of the Franke Water Systems division from the Franke Group, Franke Sissons and Dart Valley Systems have changed its name as planned. The company now trades under the name KWC Group AG and controls the other companies in the Group.

The UK currently operates as KWC DVS Ltd, which combines the Franke Sissons and Dart Valley Systems brands.

Since the sale of Franke Water Systems AG to funds advised by Equistone in May 2021, the company’s new owners have successfully established the international sanitaryware group as a stand-alone company.

The sale has resulted in a close association between the brands KWC, the leader in Switzerland’s domestic consumer market, and Franke Sissons and Dart Valley Systems. The new company name, adopted in March 2022, reflects this change.

With immediate effect, Franke Sissons and Dart Valley Systems now have a new name: KWC DVS Ltd.

This development derives from the two companies’ shared brand values: quality of life through health protection, sustainability, reliability, and enthusiasm. The merging of the two brands creates synergies by transferring knowledge in their areas of expertise.
