Premier Loft Ladders are pleased to announce a further edition to their range. The Profiline F30/F30 Plus/F60 is a 3-part folding or 2 part sliding wooden ladder. It is a ready to fit unit complete with a trapdoor and hatchbox that has an all-round rubber seal.

The hatchbox is manufactured from 16 mm thick white covered chipboard, and the trapdoor is a sandwich construction, with the F30 being 65 mm thick and the F60 being 71 mm thick. The trapdoor has a white finish to both sides. The unit has a U-value of 0.92 W/m2K. The F30 is fire resistant tested from the underside, the F30 Plus is tested from above and below and the F60 is tested from below. The ladder is simple and easy to use and when folded away, the 3 part option sits on top of the trapdoor. The stiles are made from pine and the treads from beech or pine. The unit is supplied complete with a) a handrail to the right hand side, b) rubber feet and c) white cover strips to fix onto the edges on the hatchbox. The trapdoor has a turn latch locking mechanism that is operated by a wooden pole.

This model is also available as a 2 part sliding wooden ladder, whereby a clear space (length and height) to the front (hinged end) of the hatchbox will be required to allow the ladder to be stowed in the closed position. It is available in a) standard sizes for a floor to ceiling height range of 2280 mm to 3340 mm with a hatchbox depth of 220 mm and b) made to measure for a floor to ceiling height range of 2100 mm to 3340 mm with a hatchbox depth of between 220 mm to 500 mm.
