Underfloor heating from Thermogroup was chosen for a complete renovation of an existing 8 bed residenial dwelling in North London’s exclusive N6 postcode.

The client wanted electric underfloor heating throughout the property, however they had a restricted power supply and needed an underfloor heating system that would provide the required heat regardless of limited power supply.

Thermogroup manufactured a bespoke set of Thermofoil PRO under laminate foil heating mats with a custom output of 100W/m2.

Econoscreed concrete overlay boards were installed on top of the heating system to provide a floating, smooth and stable substrate to adhere the final engineered timber floor finish.

Thermogroup designed and manufactured Thermofoil PRO heating mats at 100w/m2 to enable the underfloor heating to be installed despite the restricted power supply.
